PwC has appointed Leyla Yildirim as Chief Strategy Officer in the Channel Islands.
Leyla will play a crucial role in developing and ensuring the execution of PwC’s strategy to realise the firm’s growth ambitions, as well as connecting with clients.
She has held multiple roles within the wider PwC network over the past 18 years, most recently as Director of People Management for PwC's Financial Services global network.
During this time, she led the development of the PwC Financial Services Future Leaders Programme and an international mobility strategy to ensure the firm has the right people in the right places to grow the business.
Leyla has also spearheaded new ideas for improving diversity and inclusion in the network and across the financial services industry.
