Advocate Field specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, including banking, investment and funds litigation. Carey Olsen Guernsey Managing Partner, John Greenfield, said: “Richard's admission to the Bar will further strengthen our internationally-recognised litigation team.”

Advocate Field was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2002. Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2008, he was an associate at global firm Eversheds LLP.

He is a member of the Guernsey Association of Compliance Officers and the Guernsey International Lawyers Association, and has spoken publicly on regulatory matters.
