Carey Olsen wins Channel Islands’ Litigation Law Firm of the Year award

Carey Olsen has been awarded the Litigation Law Firm of the Year Award for the Channel Islands by ACQ.

Launched in 2004, ACQ magazine is a respected publication servicing the corporate finance sector.

The ACQ Global Awards have presented accolades to the business world's best firms for the last eight years. ACQ asked its readership to nominate companies that had consistently performed to an excellent standard and, this year, more than 4,700 votes were cast.

The panel of judges selected Carey Olsen as having had the greatest impact in the area of litigation in the Channel Islands over the past 12 months.

The extensive litigation group at Carey Olsen regularly advises on a variety of litigation matters including complex banking and finance, and corporate litigation, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes and on parallel and cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases. The firm provides legal advice to financial institutions, corporate entities, sovereign governments and individuals.
