The key considerations for holding art as an asset will be examined by lawyers from Carey Olsen and Taylor Wessing at an upcoming wealth management seminar.
The event, which is aimed at trustees and individual art collectors, takes place on Thursday 1 March at Candie Gardens.
Speakers will consider issues arising around purchasing, holding, selling or distributing art among beneficiaries, the structuring options available for holding art assets and the tips and tricks to avoid disputes.
