English barrister Claire van Overdijk has joined Carey Olsen Bermuda as Counsel in the firm's dispute resolution and litigation team.
Claire is a specialist in jurisdictional issues in the public law and private client fields.
Her extensive experience of private client practice includes contentious trust and estates work and cross-border disputes concerning trusts, estates, foreign succession and domicile.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Claire practised as a barrister at Outer Temple Chambers in London, where she had a public law practice.
