Corporate and funds lawyer Andrew Tually has rejoined Carey Olsen in its Singapore office.
Andrew began working in the firm's Guernsey office in 2007 before relocating to Carey Olsen in Singapore in 2017. He rejoins the firm having spent the past year with commercial law firm DMAW Lawyers in Adelaide, Australia.
As Counsel in Carey Olsen's Singapore corporate and funds practice, Andrew will provide Cayman Islands and Guernsey legal advice to the firm's Asia client base.
He has more than 12 years' experience in connection with the structuring, formation and provision of ongoing advice to open-ended and closed-ended collective investment schemes, including private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds and hedge funds.
He has advised on high-value transactions, including court-sanctioned schemes of arrangement, group restructures and migrations, for a wide range of fund managers across Asia and Europe.
