Carey Olsen Corporate Finance, a group company of offshore law firm Carey Olsen, was the leading listing agent for The International Stock Exchange (TISE) last year.
The company acted as listing agent to 40 per cent of all new issuers of debt securities during 2017, listing a third more new issuers and more than 100 classes of securities than the next listing agent.
The company was also listing agent for 65 per cent of the high-yield bonds listed on TISE last year.
