Carey Olsen has launched a corporate service provider business, Carey Olsen Services Bermuda, which is a member of the Carey Olsen Bermuda group of companies.
The new firm specialises in corporate administration and compliance services, including the formation and incorporation of Bermuda corporate entity types and the provision of corporate secretarial services, director services and registered office and meeting facilities.
The business is led by MD Michael Frith (pictured), Senior Counsel in the corporate team of Carey Olsen, and Susie Tindall, Chief Governance and Operations Officer.
