Carey Olsen announces Asian hires

KateLan_COSingaporeCarey Olsen has made three recent appointments in its Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
 
In Singapore, Kate Lan and Vivian Siah have joined the firm's litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice, launched in November.
 
Kate (pictured right) is a Senior Associate who specialises in commercial litigation, trust and estate claims, shareholder disputes and corporate insolvency. She began her career in the litigation department of Singapore-based Rajah & Tann, before practising in the republic with Eversheds and DWF. She has spent the past year with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Vivian joins as an Associate from Singapore law firm WongPartnership and has extensive expertise across a wide spectrum of complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
  
IChingLee_COSingaporeIn Hong Kong, I Ching Lee (pictured left) has been appointed Legal Manager. Previously in the Hong Kong office of LOD, I Ching focuses on representing private investment funds and their sponsors on formation, operation and financing. She also advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions.
 
Carey Olsen has had a presence in Asia since opening its Singapore office in 2015. It launched its Hong Kong office a year later.
