Seventy staff from local investment manager Ashburton Investments will be making the move to new premises at IFC1 in Jersey this month, completing occupancy of the office development.
The team at Ashburton, which has occupied its current premises for over 20 years, will officially move into the new offices on 25 March.
Managing Director of Ashburton Investments Tony Wilshin said: “Moving to the heart of the finance centre represents the next step in Ashburton Investments’ growth, enables us to support our clients and underpins our commitment to the local market.”
The firm will occupy the entire ground floor of IFC1, comprising a client suite, internal meeting rooms, remote working pods, sit-stand desks throughout and a team break out area.
