Appleby has appointed Niall MacDonald as a Group Partner in its Dispute Resolution practice.
A Jersey Advocate, Niall joins the firm after more than 12 years with Walkers.
Prior to this, he spent five years as a solicitor with Maclay Murray & Spens (now Dentons) in Scotland, having previously relocated to Jersey to work for Carey Olsen.
Niall specialises in resolving commercial disputes and providing employment law advice. He also has experience resolving matters concerning trusts, fraud, professional negligence and property.
