Digital consultancy ALX Training, part of BDO in Jersey, has appointed Steven Emberson as a Software and Process Adoption Manager.
The appointment reflects ALX's focus on design-led learning to help private and public sector organisations maximise IT investment.
Steven has worked in a range of sectors, from public health and utilities to not-for-profit organisations, most recently specialising in processes and software for the legal sector.
His mainly UK career has included almost 13 years with law firm M&R, seven with Elliott Consulting Services and a year with Affinity Water.
He joins ALX Training from C5 Alliance, also part of BDO Jersey, where he has worked as a Consultant for almost two years.
In his new role, Steven will work with organisations to maximise their use of technology and systems, focusing on staff engagement, training and business processes.
