Banking and finance lawyer Alex Wickens has joined Walkers' Guernsey team as Senior Counsel.
Alex moves to the firm from Collas Crill, where he has been in private practice for more than a decade.
He specialises in real estate financing and Islamic financing matters. He also advises clients on complex structuring arrangements around acquisitions and disposals of UK commercial real estate assets, advising on both the borrower and lender side.
Alex will now be part of the team led by Group Partners Zoë Hallam and Kim Paiva.
