Our client is an independent international business looking for a Manager On Boarding.

The successful person will provide and promote a superior client experience for Group, by providing a multi-jurisdictional service for the Institutional business to on board new clients/investors. Ensuring Group remain
compliant with regulatory obligations whilst taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to risk-based challenges.
To assist in the ongoing data management of the client/investor lifecycle, by ensuring all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate in all core platforms used by the business.

Responsible for ensuring team portfolio meets compliance requirements
Provide excellent levels of client service in line with Group standards, procedures and guidelines
Act as a higher authority on technical client specific matters
Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives

Recognised relevant ICA, AML or equivalent Professional Qualification
5-8 years' relevant finance industry experience, with the legal, compliance or regulatory sector
Experience PE/Real Estate fund structures
Previous experience in a MLRO/MLCO Compliance or similar role
Experience within AML/CDD on boarding fund sector
Experience of client service delivery
