[KR11583] - Change Manager – Embedding Change Lead - Kendrick Rose

Our client is a leading firm in multi jurisdictions with a growing team that have won wards for innovation, client service and quality and they are looking for a change manager. This role will sit within their Service Innovation team, this position will be supporting the wider team with change management projects.

We are looking for an individual who can manage change across the group - designing, implementing and administrating the infrastructure to embed employee adoption of change initiatives and maximising investment. It is essential for individuals to have a solid change management history, where they have focussed on 'the people side of change' and with a proven track record of creating and implementing change plans.

Influencing skills are essential as this position will be working with key stakeholders and other team members across the group - we want someone who is an excellent communicator and articulate.
