FP&A Manager – High Growth Tech firm

OFC Partners are representing a fast growing, entrepreneurial tech business which has recently re-domiciled in Jersey. The Jersey office is currently being set up and the Executive Director is looking for a proactive finance professional to work alongside him. The business is well-capitalised, has ambitious growth plans and will allow this individual to take on more responsibility as they grow.

You will work closely with the Executive Director to provide insightful analysis on past performance & projections, be involved in the production of key financial forecasts and to ensure that Financial Reporting is delivered accurately for the business. This role will see your duties include but not be limited to:

Financial Planning & Analysis – budgeting / forecasting / business planning
Variance & Profitability Analysis
Working alongside the ED in creating strategic plans
Provide ad hoc scenario modelling & market analysis based upon potential new business opportunities
Financial Statement Production
Core Management Accounts
Oversight of operational finance (Reconciliations, book-keeping etc).
Work with ED to constantly improve the use of their financial accounting software
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (finalists also considered) with 3+ years experience in an in-house finance department for a Jersey company, but we are also happy to consider a candidate straight from audit if they are able to prove their analytical knowledge and have significant experience with Jersey businesses. You will be an Excel Master with an appetite for analytics and finding new, smart ways to work. Whilst the candidate will be expected to assist will all finance functions to begin, the intention is that the candidate will assist in the hiring of a finance/accounts assistant after 6-12 months.
