The Organisation:
Our client, a provider of global administration, trustee, accounting, management and governance solutions, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team.

The Role:
Responsibilities include:
Responsibility for reviewing work of junior staff on client’s structures.
liaise with team manager on a daily basis regarding clients structure and keep manager informed of client activities.
Travel to meet with client, client’s family office staff, structures external directors and client’s auditors.
Liaise with client’s family office staff, structure’s external directors and client’s auditors by telephone and email.
Responsibility for attending board meetings and preparation of minutes thereafter.
Delegate tasks as appropriate for own clients to junior team members.
Supervise more junior team members.
Assist with the management of the workflow of junior team members.

The Person:
You will possess the following key characteristics:
Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to) ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma or any other Table 4 qualification.
6 years’ relevant industry administration experience.
Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis.
Experience of administering portfolios for UHNW private/family office clients and understanding their needs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with private trust company structures.
Good understanding of client financial statements.
Ability to manage client expectations.
Ability to delegate, coach and motivate.
Integrity and ability to remain calm.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
