The Organisation:
Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their Jersey office.

The Role:
Responsibilities include:
Secretarial and assistant support to CEO, COO and wider team as and wen required.
Administration support to the group function as needed.
Arrange meetings and conference calls.
Updating, monitoring and management of calendars.
Taking notes and action points in meetings and distribute accordingly.
Assist with general administration cutie as required.
Act as fire warden and first aid officer.
Preparation of Board packs and minute taking.
Photocopying, scanning and general filing (both paper and electronic).
Book travel, flights, accommodation and rail tickets through the travel agency and internet.
Completing monthly expenses forms for CEO/COO

The Person:
You will possess the following key characteristics:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong inter-personal skills.
Literacy and numeracy skills sufficient to fulfil the duties of the role.
High attention to detail.
Experience with managing travel.
Previous secretarial administration experience.
Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level or equivalent.
Relevant first aid qualification or willing to obtain.
Confident and skilled in the use of computer software packages including - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
