[KR11226] - Engagement and Employee Communications Officer- HR - Kendrick Rose

The purpose of this role is to effectively deliver the Employee Engagement initiatives and communications across the organisation to establish a strong, living Employer Value Proposition capable of creating and maintaining high levels of engagement and attracting the best talent.

Responsibilities’ will include:
Ownership of the organisations chosen Employee Engagement survey platform as an Admin. User, providing reporting and insight into results obtained
Development of effective employee communications framework to implement the organisation’s engagement strategies (e.g. career development, recognition, wellbeing)
Design and delivery of initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement, paying particular attention to survey feedback and consultation within the business
Act as change agent, providing thought leadership with regard to employee experience of change and best practice in ensuring success
Work with HR Management to understand strategic developments, being able to translate and simplify (where necessary) for communication to wider employee base

Skills:
Experience of HR in a unionised environment desirable
Created robust employee communications frameworks, able to evidence positive effect on engagement
Proven track record of dealing with organisational change and provision of best practice change management
Experience of running employee events from inception to delivery and debrief
Working knowledge of employee engagement survey and internal communications software

Qualifications:
Good standard of education up to Degree level (or relevant experience)
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
