Our client are a global leader in a variety of fiduciary services with their employee incentives, share plans and deferred compensation schemes being a highly profitable and successful part of their organisation. Having seen significant growth in demand for their services, won a number of key new clients and had a strong lift in business performance, they are looking to hire an ambitious accountant into their team.

Your role will see you liaising with Senior Fund Managers, professional advisors, executive committees and a variety of other funds professionals to manage and increase the efficiency of their carried interest incentive vehicles amongst other employee incentive programmes like deferred compensation / EBTs etc.

You will be an ambitious accounting professional (ICAEW/ACA/ACCA/ICAS) either with experience in Fund Accounting or Administration (for Private Equity) or having worked within the employee incentives space before.
