Zedra has completed its acquisition of trustee and administration services provider Interben Trustees in Guernsey.
The acquisition, announced in June, adds to Zedra's international pension and employee benefits portfolio and gives it an entry point into the Nordic institutional market for employee benefits products and services.
Interben's current owners – Storebrand (Norway), SPP (Sweden) and Mandatum (Finland) – will continue to work with Interben to provide solutions to their multinational clients.
