Walkers in Jersey has appointed banking and finance specialist Tristan Maultby (pictured) as Senior Counsel within its Banking & Finance team.
Tristan qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales at Norton Rose Fulbright's London office, where he subsequently spent four years in the firm's banking and restructuring team.
He went on to spend six years with Carey Olsen, where he advised global financial institutions, corporates, trustees and other entities on a wide range of financing transactions as well as on the structuring of the Jersey elements of those transactions.
In addition, Walkers has appointed Craig Macleod as an Associate within its Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team, having qualified at Scottish firm Burness Paull.
