Walkers teams advise in Vistra acquisition

International law firm Walkers has acted as Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey legal counsel to Vistra in the acquisition of the Corporate Services business of Deutsche Bank.
 
Corporate service provider Vistra has 3,500 staff in 74 offices across 44 jurisdictions. Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Services business is part of the bank's Global Transaction Banking division. It provides administration, domiciliation, accounting and management services from eight locations to special-purpose vehicles and holding companies.
 
The Walkers team was led by Arwel Lewis (Hong Kong), Jonathan Heaney (Jersey), Lucy Frew (Cayman Islands) and Louise Hall (Guernsey), with assistance from William Lee (Hong Kong), Sophie Reguengo (Jersey) and Niall MacDonald (Jersey).
 
Walkers worked with onshore counsel Latham and Watkins (Hong Kong).
