Voisin Law’s commercial property team has advised JB Real Estate (Jersey) on the acquisition of the premises at Jersey Bowl.
The premises have subsequently been leased to Jersey Bowl (64).
Jersey Bowl, the island's only indoor tenpin bowling centre, includes 18 bowling lanes, an arcade games area, indoor play area, public bar, restaurant and takeaway service.
The transaction was led by Voisin Law Head of Property Natalie Harris, who commented: “The acquisition is a positive sign for the Jersey economy that commercial real estate transactions are continuing to complete during the Covid-19 pandemic.”
