Law firm Viberts has promoted Barbara Littler to an Associate in the family law department.
Barbara joined Viberts in 2012 and qualified as an English solicitor in 2015.
She advises on finances, both in a matrimonial context and between unmarried ex-partners, and has experience in matters involving European legislation such as the Hague Convention in contested child custody matters relating to the retention and removal of children.
Barbara also advises on other areas of family law, including private law children work such as disputes relating to residence, contact and parental responsibility.
