Jersey-based corporate services group Vantage has purchased specialist HR consultancy Hassell Blampied Associates (HBA).
HBA, also headquartered in Jersey, was established in 1996 and offers remuneration surveys, HR advisory and recruitment services to companies in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Vantage’s HR company, Vantage Personnel, founded in 2015, will be renamed Vantage HBA with immediate effect, ensuring both brands are retained under the new structure, and all HBA staff are relocating to Vantage's office.
Richard Packman, CEO Vantage said: “There were clear synergies and shared values between our two companies, making this an ideal move for us. We recognise this will allow us to take the company to the next level.”
