PwC Channel Islands has appointed two new Directors – David Waldron in Guernsey and Becky Brewer in Jersey.
Leading the Guernsey tax business, with a primary focus on providing core tax compliance and advisory services, David has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience across all financial services sectors. He works very closely with PwC’s UK firm, particularly in the areas of operational taxes including FATCA, as well as in real estate structuring, private equity structuring and investor reporting. David's knowledge of international tax and extensive network of contacts within PwC put him in an ideal place to assist clients in dealing with the changing tax landscape.
Since joining PwC CI in 2002, Becky (pictured) has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience across a variety of industries, although her specialism is with asset management and in particular private equity. Becky transferred on a secondment from Jersey to the PwC Middle East firm in 2010 as a newly promoted senior manager. Based in the Dubai office, she worked closely with high profile global clients, helping them navigate complex issues.
