Guernsey-based accountancy and business advisory firm BDO has made three promotions within its 70-strong workforce.
Ronan Morrison has become the firm’s newest manager in the specialised financial services audit team, while Russell Morgan and Catherine Le Pelley have been promoted to Assistant Manager within BDO’s expanding tax services department.
Ronan joined BDO in Guernsey in 2011 having previously spent two years working for BDO in Jersey. He started as an Audit Supervisor before being made an Assistant Manager, and his most recent promotion to Audit Manager gives him a key role within the firm’s financial services department.
Newly promoted Catherine and Russell are long-standing members of BDO's tax team, having joined in 2006 and 2008 respectively. Catherine left her native France 28 years ago to begin her career in tax. She now works in the French tax department at BDO. Russell gained experience at the Income Tax Office and optical giant Specsavers before joining BDO, where he works in the Guernsey/UK tax department.
