Henry Wickham, a Senior Associate at Bedell Cristin, has been appointed Chair of the Jersey branch of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners).
Taking up the position from his role as Vice Chair, Advocate Wickham brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his work in the Channel Islands and from previous practice as a solicitor at Lawrence Graham in London.
He advises professional trustees and intermediaries in the Channel Islands, and internationally, on all aspects of Jersey trust law to include the establishment, ongoing operation and the restructuring of trusts and the establishment of private trust companies.
Henry has significant experience advising on the impact of international sanctions upon trust structures. He also advises on all related company and commercial law issues and the establishment and use of foundations.
