International corporate, fund and private client services provider SMP Group has announced its new brand identity – Suntera Global.
Founded 40 years ago, the group now has more than 270 staff across seven jurisdictions, including Jersey. It provides corporate, fund and private client services, as well as compliance consultancy, escrow, accounting and tax services.
The rebrand comes a year after the group’s management buyout under the leadership of David Hudson, backed by Palatine Private Equity.
Since the buyout in June 2019, the business has made acquisitions in Jersey, the Isle of Man and Hong Kong, revamped its technological infrastructure and driven a period of business growth in highly unusual circumstances.
David Hudson (pictured), the business's Group CEO, commented: "We felt it was appropriate to recognise the revitalised nature of the group with a modern brand that better reflects the dynamic business we are today.”
The rebranding was completed in partnership with Prodo Digital and Ashgrove Marketing.
