SG Kleinwort Hambros (Channel Islands) has promoted its Deputy CEO, Christophe Huchet, to the role of Chief Executive, based in Jersey.
Christophe becomes a member of the board of SG Kleinwort Hambros CI Bank and SG Kleinwort Hambros Trust. He is also member of the Executive Committee of Kleinwort Hambros.
Christophe took up the deputy role last January and has 16 years of experience within Société Générale (SG).
He was previously the company's Regional Head of Tax in Zurich, having earlier served as Chief Operating Officer of SG's Milan branch, as well as Group Head of Tax in Italy and Switzerland.
He will now be responsible for developing business strategy, providing banking, investment and wealth management solutions to domestic and international clients and financial intermediaries.
Christophe takes on the role with immediate effect as predecessor Mike Allen steps down after eight years in charge.
