Senior Appointment for Appleby

Appleby is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Gobin who joins as a Partner in the firm's Corporate & Commercial department. Ian, who is well known in the funds and corporate market, is currently based in the Guernsey office.

Ian practiced at Clifford Chance in their London before moving to the Channel Islands. Ian is admitted in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands and is well known in the funds and corporate market having spent over 11 years offshore. Ian specialises in a wide range of corporate/structured finance and secured lending transactions with a primary focus on investment funds and private equity funds.
