Financial services group Sanne has reported strong revenue and profit growth for 2015 across its core business divisions.
The group, which listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in April 2015, increased its group revenue by 28 per cent to £45.6 million, with adjusted profit before tax and exceptional items up 79 per cent to £14.5 million. Adjusted operating profit rose 39 per cent to £15.7 million.
Sanne has continued to build on its service offering, with senior appointments and acquisitions. In February, it acquired Chartered Corporate Services, a Dublin-based corporate services business specialising in company secretarial, liquidations, payroll and VAT reporting services.
Sanne has also entered into an agreement to acquire IDS Fund Services (IDS), a South African provider of outsourced investment administration services to the asset management industry.
