RBC Wealth Management, part of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), has announced the promotion of Lisa Barnett to Managing Director of RBC Guernsey, RBC Wealth Management – International, with immediate effect.
Lisa has been with RBC for a total of 25 years, having begun her career at Abacus Financial Services, where she worked for more than 11 years until the firm was taken over by RBC in 2005.
She brings a broad range of experience and leadership to this newly created role. As well as her existing mandate as Managing Director of RBC Trustees (Guernsey) and RBC cees Guernsey, she will represent RBC’s Guernsey operation in an advisory capacity across the organisation’s global wealth management platform.
She is also a member of the firm's Fiduciary Services Management Committee.
In her new position, Lisa will represent RBC in local community matters on the island and work with the Guernsey operating boards, providing business insight and ensuring local alignment.
