Investment services group Ravenscroft has appointed Wing Kin Lai to its trading desk in Guernsey, which is responsible for trading worldwide equities, bonds, forex and derivatives for clients across the globe, as well as being a Market Maker on The International Stock Exchange.
Wing Kin joins Ravenscroft with nearly eight years trading experience, having previously worked at Sportingbet, Ipes and most recently in a treasury capacity at Investec Private Bank.
His appointment follows a change of leadership within the team earlier this year, when Jake Le Marchant was promoted to Head of Trading. He took over from Dale Acton, who now leads the firm's new Monaco office.
