PwC announces Channel Islands promotions

Tony Corbin, Stephanie Coxon and Steven Le PrevostPwC has made eight Director promotions across the Channel Islands.

Five are located in Jersey: 
• Jackie Kirk
• Ian Tait
• Trudy Dillon-Nugent
• Owen Woolgar
• Mark Hunter

Another three are located in Guernsey: 
• Stephanie Coxon
• Steven Le Prevost 
• Tony Corbin 

Jersey appointments

Jackie has over 10 years’ experience at PwC, first in Canada and the Cayman Islands but most recently in Jersey, having relocated to the island in 2014. She has specialised in auditing large multinational clients, with a focus on financial services, banking and alternative funds. 

Ian has been with PwC since 2005 and over the past 12 years has grown a global portfolio of asset and wealth management assurance clients with a focus on real estate structures. His experience covers offshore banking and technology and supporting PwC’s initiatives for growth in the Channel Islands.  

Trudy began her PwC career in asset management in Dublin, joining that office in 2005 and relocating to Jersey in 2009. Her financial services experience includes global clients across banking, fiduciary, wealth management, real estate and private equity. Alongside her client work, Trudy leads the firm’s recruitment initiatives. 

Owen has over 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having moved to Jersey from the UK in 2004. His focus is risk and regulation, where he has assisted local financial services businesses and large global institutions. Owen also works alongside PwC’s transaction services teams in London, where he has advised on local fiduciary transactions from a regulatory perspective.

Mark joined PwC in Jersey in 2006 as a graduate trainee, and specialises in financial services risk and regulation, predominantly in anti-money laundering, financial crime and regulatory compliance in banking and asset management. Mark has has worked extensively in the UK, Europe, Middle East and US over the past six years. 

Guernsey appointments

Stephanie joined the Guernsey office in 2005 and has accumulated over 12 years’ experience with PwC in the investment fund and real estate sector, having also spent two years in PwC’s Sydney office. She specialises in the London-listed fund market and is responsible for the reporting accountant team for investment funds and REITs listing on the LSE.

Steven has accumulated 14 years’ experience in financial services, having joined PwC’s graduate training programme in Guernsey in 2003. Steven’s focus is on private equity, infrastructure and pension funds, along with responsibilities in PwC’s internal risk, quality and independence teams in Guernsey and Jersey. 

Tony joined the firm in 2005. He specialises in financial services, predominantly the provision of audit and advisory services to alternative asset management clients. In 2009, Tony went on secondment to PwC in Sydney, returning to Guernsey in 2011. He will be responsible for leading PwC’s service offering in the areas of private debt and fintech.
