Jersey-based technology specialist Prosperity 24.7 has made two promotions.
Paul Marshall has moved up from Head of Business Change to the newly created position of Director of Business Change. Paul has been with the team since 2013, having previously worked for Greenlight.
In his new role, he sets investment strategy, identifies areas for growth and oversees the Head of Business Change and the Senior Consultants within the team.
In addition, Peter Stoten, who joined Prosperity in January 2016, has been promoted from Senior Consultant to Head of Business Change.
He will be responsible for managing half of the business change team staff, analysts and junior project management staff.
