PraxisIFM has appointed Barbara McDonald as Operations Director and Jade Fellowes as Senior Manager in its Jersey office.
Barbara, who joins the firm after four years with Praemium International in a variety of roles, is responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the company, including internal audit, data protection and operational systems.
With over 35 years’ experience in the finance industry in both Jersey and the Caribbean, she initially specialised in the administration of trust and company structures for high-net-worth private clients, moving on to roles in risk management, corporate governance and, latterly, operations.
Jade has been appointed to lead one of the private client teams and assist with new business. She comes to PraxisIFM with more than 10 years’ experience at JTC Group in Jersey, specialising in corporate restructuring, transaction management and real estate for a broad range of clients and structures.
In her new role, she will manage a team responsible for the administration of a variety of structures including trust, corporate and family office.
