PraxisIFM has completed the acquisition of Ryland Gray, based in Dubai.
Ryland Gray, established in Dubai in 1995, offers financial administration and corporate consultancy services across the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council States. It specialises in structural financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
"PraxisIFM has been working to develop the Middle East market. Ryland Gray brings additional expertise, particularly in the area of employee benefit solutions," said PraxisIFM Group CEO Simon Thornton.
Founder Simon Fielder will continue to lead the operation, which will be rebranded as PraxisIFM Consultancy FZE, and its nine staff will transfer with him.
