Viberts has appointed Paul Harben to the role of Partner within its property team in Jersey.
Paul joins the firm from Collas Crill, where he has gained more than 27 years' experience in the local property market. He was called to the English Bar in 1993 and the Jersey Bar in 1997.
During his career, Paul has acted on behalf of investors, developers, landlords and tenants and has worked on the structuring of legal documentation for large developments.
He is also Chair of the Jersey Law Society Conveyancing sub-committee.
In his new role, Paul will advise on all areas of property law, including commercial property acquisitions, retail and office leases, property development and lending.
