Carey Olsen’s Jersey office has appointed Paul Burton as a Senior Associate in the firm's corporate practice.
Paul specialises in corporate, finance and capital market transactions and has acted for a number of local fiduciary service providers and their clients. He also provides advice on regulatory, corporate and acquisition structuring and re-structuring matters as well as equity and debt fund raising.
In addition to providing offshore legal advice, Paul advises on listing quoted Eurobonds and other securities on the Channel Island Securities Exchange (CISE), as well as a large number of issuers who have successfully listed debt on the CISE.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Paul was with Ogier for eight years.
