Law firm Parslows has acted in Jersey Post’s purchase of European logistics company Fraser Freight, based in Portsmouth.
The postal operator is looking to diversify its operations following a significant drop in the levels of mail sent and received in Jersey.
The acquisition adds to Jersey Post’s range of European shipping lanes. It said the deal represented an opportunity to expand its business "within, as well as outside of the Channel Islands".
