Channel Islands marketing agency Oi has appointed two new members to its leadership team – Nick Stewart as Head of Strategy and Victoria Falla as Head of Planning and Clients (both pictured right).
Nick, a former Head of Digital at Bacardi Global, has been working with Oi for the past six months on a consultancy basis. He brings to the firm a wide range of experience creating integrated - and particularly digital - marketing activity for local and global businesses.
He has been a client, leading the global digital team at Bacardi, where he increased both the profile of and spend on digital marketing around the world during his three-and-a-half-year tenure.
He has also spent time in advertising agencies, run strategy and analytics teams for global agency networks, and jointly founded two start-ups, establishing strategy and data practices.
Meanwhile, Victoria has over 12 years' London agency experience delivering integrated campaigns for the likes of O2, Victorinox, Lacoste, Intel, Smart Energy and Deezer.
