Ogier in Jersey has announced four promotions in its Corporate and Finance teams.
Chula O'Donoghue, a Jersey Advocate who also trained with Ogier, becomes Counsel. Chula's primary focus is real estate and corporate finance, acting on a wide range of lender and borrower side financings, including high-profile real estate deals, as well as supporting Ogier's TISE listings practice.
Julia Keppe becomes Managing Associate. Julia joined Ogier in 2018, having previously worked as a Senior Manager for PwC. She has significant experience managing large, complex lending transactions, spanning multiple jurisdictions and many different types of financing structures and products.
Marie-Claire Fudge, who joined Ogier in Jersey as the devastation of Hurricane Irma played out in the British Virgin Islands, becomes Managing Associate. An experienced corporate lawyer, she specialises in Jersey and BVI corporate transactions, with a particular interest in private equity, real estate and funds.
Finally, Oliver Richardson, whose legal career started at Ogier as a bursary student, becomes Managing Associate within Ogier's BVI and Jersey team working in London. Oliver advises many of the world's leading financial institutions and corporates on high-value and complex BVI and Jersey transactions.
