Law firm Ogier continues to lead listings on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISE), according to the most recent half-year figures.
Ogier has acted on 533 securities listed on the exchange (a 24.3 per cent market share) and holds a 33.1 per cent share of the combined bond and special purpose vehicle (SPV) market, having sponsored 524 of the total 1,582 listed entities.
The firm is the leading sponsor for SPVs, having listed 69 (as of 31 July 2015), the largest share of any Channel Island law firm.
More than 220 securities have been listed on the exchange since the start of the year, with Ogier acting as sponsor to almost one-third of these.
