Tim Clipstone has joined the Guernsey office of Ogier as a Partner in its investment fund team.
Tim has a strong reputation for his work with offshore investment funds, having specialised in investment fund structuring, equity fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and group reorganisations.
A BVI and Cayman-admitted funds and regulatory lawyer, he has more than 20 years' experience in all aspects of open and closed ended fund structures. He joins Ogier having spent almost five years as a Partner at Maples and Calder in the British Virgin Islands.
Prior to this he held funds roles within Walkers and Harney Westwood & Riegels, also in the BVI.
