Ogier has promoted Michelle Watson Bunn to Managing Associate in its corporate and funds team in Guernsey.
After an early career with London Stock Exchange and law firm Bird & Bird, Michelle joined Ogier in 2015 as an Associate.
She was promoted to Senior Associate two years later, working alongside Partners Bryon Rees, Craig Cordle and Tim Clipstone.
Michelle has broad-ranging expertise covering corporate, commercial, regulatory and investment fund matters, and is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary private equity team.
She also advises clients in relation to Guernsey's economic substance requirements, data protection matters and the bailiwick's anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism regimes.
