Gavin Wilkins has been appointed Head of Corporate and Fund Services in Jersey for financial services business Oak.
In his new role, Gavin will be responsible for the strategic development of Oak’s corporate and fund administration services on the island and expanding the firm's international reach.
Gavin has a wide range of experience across asset classes, private and regulated investment structures, public and private companies, capital markets, cross-border M&A and emerging and developing markets.
He has also worked in Asia, the Middle East and Africa and has assisted clients with IPOs and transactions on the London Stock Exchange, AIM, NEX and Euronext.
Prior to joining Oak, Gavin spent 12 years with JTC Group in Jersey, latterly as a Senior Director. Earlier in his career, he worked for Minerva Trust & Corporate Services over an 11-year period, having previously served with PwC in Jersey and Switzerland.
