Financial services group NSM has opened its third office, in central London.
Established in Guernsey in 2014, the group’s second office was opened in 2019 in the Dubai International Financial Centre in response to the volume of business from the Middle East.
The firm's latest expansion sees NSM Corporate Services being established to provide onshore UK trust and corporate services, ranging from company formations and company secretarial services to the provision of directors and full administration services, complementing the offshore services already provided by NSM.
The London office team of Chris Bond, James Sermon and Chloe Harris will be supported by the head office in Guernsey.
Simon Graham, founder and Managing Director of the group, commented: “As our private client business has grown, we recognised the need to expand our service offering to provide clients with both onshore and offshore solutions.
"Guernsey remains at the heart of our business, providing offshore services in a stable tax-neutral environment to a wide range of international clients. But we recognise that today many clients also have a need for UK entities within their wider structures and they require a trusted corporate service provider to work with.”
