Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management has appointed two experienced stockbrokers in Guernsey.
Rod Sallis and Lloyd Bannocks will provide advisory and dealing services across global markets to Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management’s institutional, intermediary and high-net-worth private clients.
Rod, who has worked in the local wealth management industry for 15 years, has extensive experience in analysing and selecting funds, managing clients’ portfolios and trading equities, bonds and derivatives in the UK and international markets.
He previously worked for Collins Stewart, which was rebranded to Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in 2013, as a portfolio manager, and went on to hold the positions of fund analyst and stockbroker at other local wealth management companies including Brooks Macdonald and SG Hambros.
Lloyd has 18 years of experience providing investment advice and management in Guernsey, London and Germany. He has expertise in advising intermediary and institutional clients, trading equities and bonds and managing foreign exchange risk. He joins the business from Brooks Macdonald where he was a stockbroker.
